Could this 2012 Nissan Juke SV be a bargain for $ 7,200?

Nice Price or No Dice 2012 Nissan Juke SV

To say that of today Good price or no dice Nissan styling is eclectic is an obvious understatement. Let’s see about thate over-the-top looks come with a price that is also out of the norm.

As I noticed in the beginning yesterday, Ford Taurus SHO inis one of the more interesting cars from the late 80s that really has not had this is due to the collector car market. Heck, it 1990 Taurus SHO we looked at seemed to have been reasonably well maintained and according to the seller did not need anything at present but reffect of the model’s red-haired stepchild status, was this seller only asks $ 4,000 for it. Of course we are all a little better –informed about the interesting history of the hot Taurus. ONEand as such, as many as 67 percent of you gave the car a good price gain at that price. Looks like it was a real SHO stop.

You know you really have to hand it over to Nissan here in the US. The Japanese carmaker number 2 has stuck to the sedan, while many other companies (I’m ashamed of you, FoMoCo) have completely given up on the body style. At present, Nissan offers sedans in four size classes, something you may not be aware of since they all have almost identical style. Still good for the company for giving us sedan fans a choice of properly fit.

Nissan’s however, not stupid. In addition to these four sedan models, Nissan offers a full six crossover / SUV models – also in threebear size – with a seventh fully electric one on the road. The smallest of them, the youthfully named Kicks, debuted six years ago, and although it has modern, safe styling, the same cannot be said of its predecessor, the also interestingly named Juke. That car is one of the most flamboyant-styled cars Nissan has ever offered here in the United States, with a Joker mouth and underlying headlights in front of a body that looks like it’s from an alternative reality. If that wasn’t interesting enough, the Juke was available with a six-speed manual, so you never have to worry about missing an arm day at the gym.

This 2012 Nissan Juke SV is equipped with the row-own sextet as well as a moonroof and some smart aftermarket wheels. This should definitely be on the consideration list if anyone is looking for a commuter car with a little panache.

Nissan classified the Juke as a small crossover, but apart from its high hood line and square cabin, there is nothing that distinguishes the styling from most other small ones. five-door hatchbacks. The underlying platform is actually shared with a diverse selection of small-ish company cars, models like Nissan Note, Renault Clio and (cue James May stiffy) Dacia Sandero.

The power comes from a turbocharged 1.6 liter inline four. This model is ekes 188 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque out of it, making the Juke a lot of fun, especially with the stick. Four-wheel drive was an available option on the model, but not with the manual, so this puts the ponies on the sidewalk through front wheels only.

According to the ad, this Juke has 140,000 miles on the clock and has been well maintained during those miles. The seller states that the car “runs very well and like new.”

It also has what are claimed to be good tires, new brakes and current registration (and a clean title) that have passed the California emissions test.

Aesthetically, the car appears to be in usable condition in the photos. The wheels also look free of curb rashes. Inside, there is little more of an indication of the age of the car. The driver’s seat has some wear on the off-side upholstery, and a couple of the buttons on the dashboard are almost completely worn off.. Other than that, it all seems perfectly usable. The tinted plastic window awnings are a skewed touch that seems to fit the car’s eclectic style with confidence.

The question, of course, is whether the car’s overall style suits a new owner, especially when it demands $ 7,200. What do you say, is this Juke worth that kind of money while sitting? Or does the price mean you would not set foot in this Juke joint?

You decide!
