Call of Duty content creator JGOD has analyzed all long-range Warzone weapons and revealed the best weapons to use after the Season 3 Reloaded update.
The Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded update brought more gun fans and nerves to the game in an attempt to balance the gun pool. Once again, Vanguard weapons came out of the update as the biggest winners, while Cold War weapons continued to receive fierce nerves.
Warzone’s best long-range weapons often define eras of Warzone, and assessing the best options is a key to success. Fortunately, statistics expert JGOD has highlighted which long-range weapons to use throughout Season 3 Reloaded.
While many players were saddened by the fact that Vanguard weapons were forced to the top of Warzone’s meta, JGOD proves that you do not have to use them if you do not want to.
While there is no denying that STG44 is a powerful option, you can still find success with some of the non-Vanguard weapons that JGOD includes on its list.
JGOD explains that while TTK is an important factor in determining the best Warzone weapons, it is important to have a broad perspective and not rely solely on TTK as a measure of viability, “TTK is not everything.”
He explains that the ease of use of the weapon must also be taken into account, as missing your shots would not allow you to reach the fast TTKs that players love to dissect. In essence, JGOD stands for all the important factors involved in determining the best long-range weapons.
JGOD’s best long-range Warzone weapon
While some recordings on the list like STG44 are expected, others may inspire you to try some new options. To begin with, JGOD highlights STG44 and BAR as the eye-catching opportunities for long range in Reloaded season 3. While players may be tired of the overpowered STG44, it’s nice to see the BAR earn its time in the spotlight.
While these two Vanguard weapons are at the top of long-range meta, there are plenty of viable weapons that players can find success with. Fans of Cold War Assault Rifles will be delighted to discover that despite the recent nerves XM4 is still a good option, just as it is Vargo 52.
Most of the remaining weapons are in the Assault Rifle category as Vending machine and Cooper carbinebut JGOD also suggests testing Whitley and RPD LMGs in Season 3 Reloading, as they shoot really straight and do not suffer from a slow reload, “the reload is still pretty fast unlike PKM, which is also disgusting or the Bridge.”
JGOD splits the best attachments for use on all eight of the weapons mentioned above. While Cold War attachments are fairly standard, JGOD offers several different builds for Vanguard weapons such as BAR.
