The Motorola Moto G200 5G received Android 12 stable update a few days ago and now it’s the Moto G50’s turn to get a taste of the latest version of Android.
The update comes with firmware version S1RF32.27-25 and brings new user interface and features to the smartphone. But note that the update is only seen in the UK right now for model XT2137-1-DS. And we’re talking about the Snapdragon 480-powered version here, not the one with the Dimensity 700 SoC at the helm, which is called the Moto G50 5G.

The Snapdragon 480 variant also supports 5G connectivity, but Motorola decided not to use the 5G brand in the name of the phone.
That said, if you live in the UK and have not yet received an update notification on your Moto G50, you can check for it manually by navigating to your smartphone’s Settings menu. And if you own another Motorola smartphone, you can go this route to see if it’s eligible for the Android 12 upgrade.
