Now you’re probably aware of the latest news that an unnamed worker has filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board against Nintendo of America and Aston Carter, a company that Nintendo uses to hire contractors. Well, a representative at Nintendo has issued a statement responding to the complaint news.
Nintendo claims that the person is “a contractor who was previously fired for disclosing confidential information and for no other reason”. The company also says they “are not aware of any attempt to organize or related activity and intend to collaborate with the study conducted by the NLRB”. Their full statement is below.
