Nintendo has issued a statement on the work complaint

Well, a representative at Nintendo has issued a statement responding to the complaint news.

Nintendo claims that the person is “a contractor who was previously fired for disclosing confidential information and for no other reason”. The company also says they “are not aware of any attempt to organize or related activity and intend to collaborate with the study conducted by the NLRB”. Their full statement is below.
