Nintendo is updating its ‘Switch Online + Expansion Pack’ trailer with new footage

Since Nintendo introduced its more expensive Expansion Pack level to the Switch Online service, it continues to strengthen it with more DLC offerings and retro content.

The most recent addition just the second week was Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion. It has now been updated to the official ‘Switch Online + Expansion Pack – Overview Trailer’ with some comprehensive footage of this downloadable content, which is now available through this subscription, provided you have access to Splatoon 2.

“Active Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members can now enjoy Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion DLC on the Nintendo Switch system at no extra cost. * It’s a great way to train before the Splatoon 3 game launches for the Nintendo Switch!”

Nintendo usually gives some hints as to what’s next in these Expansion Pack trailers, and this latest trailer also seems to confirm that Kirby 64: Krystalskårene and Pokémon Snap will be the next games to be added to the N64 library.

This latest trailer follows an update to both the Nintendo 64 and Sega Mega Drive / Genesis services recently.
