That Al Elite Wrestling video games are on the way.
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, the tentative release date, from this week, is set for the end of September. Ross Sapp notes that there is “plenty of work to be done”, but a 2022 release has been the plan for some time now.
Fightful has previously reported that the game, which is produced by Yuke’s, will involve a story mode and that there is a deadline for some theme songs, so the first playable list may not contain all of the company’s latest signings, let alone those coming in the next few months. The September release is a preliminary goal, and Fightful also noted that a publisher is involved, though it has not been announced yet.
