The SnowRunner team has announced that season 7 is now live, while players who own the game on Xbox One can now get a free upgrade to the Xbox Series X | S version.
If you’ve been waiting to play SnowRunner in 4k / 60FPS on your Xbox Series X | S, now’s your chance, with a free Xbox Series X | S upgrade available to anyone who already owns the game on Xbox One. Season 7 also goes live today for the Xbox Series X | S and for the Xbox One “very soon.”

SnowRunner will have 60FPS on Xbox Series X | S with enhanced graphics, better loading times, “deeper depth of field and more,” to ensure that “SnowRunner’s open world has never been more breathtaking!”
Season 7, meanwhile, is available now for players with the Year 2 Pass, bringing with it a new region, two new cars and more. Season 7 is Compete & Conquer, and the new region includes a summer map and new racing activities such as time trial and checkpoint races. The two new vehicles added with season 7 are the Gor BY-4 and the Sprinter 43-19. “As with every new phase, all SnowRunner players will have new cosmetic options, with the addition of ten new exterior stickers,” the developers add.
