Dying Light & Dying Light 2 have sold over 20 and 5 million copies respectively

Techland has announced that it has sold 5 million copies of Dying Light 2 Stay Human per year. February 28, 2022. In addition, the team claimed that this sales figure is growing significantly every month.

The Polish study also stated that the first Dying Light recently achieved over 20 million lifelong sales to date.

Pawel Marchewka, Techland’s CEO, said:

“The success of the Dying Light franchise is a great example of the unforgettable experiences we create for our players.”

As the press release reads, both games have been praised by the Steam community, with a Mostly Positive sentiment for Dying Light 2 Stay Human and an overwhelmingly positive sentiment for Dying Light, across more than 230,000 reviews.
