GTA 6 Twitch leak makes fans crazy

Fans believe that GTA 6 logo has been leaked on Twitch, but things may not be as they seem. Earlier this year, Rockstar Games confirmed that the next Grand Theft Auto is in active development and that it would have more to share in the future. Although this was probably done to make fans calm down and stop asking about GTA 6 happens, it has only led to a new question: When is it GTA 6 does the trailer fall? Of course, Rockstar has not answered a single question about the game since the first announcement, but many are hoping for more to come later this year.

These fires were ignited even more earlier in the week, as many believed Grand Theft Auto 6 logo leaked on Twitch. The logo had a pink background with palm trees, which strongly suggested that the rumored location of Vice City was a reality, but nothing about this is actually real. Many assumed that this meant that Rockstar was preparing for a proper revelation very soon, but it is nothing but a hoax. Twitch downloads the artwork and games listed on its website from IGDB, which is essentially the gaming equivalent of IMDb. These lists can be edited by just about anyone, meaning that this is either a troll or someone who wanted to insert some placeholder art until the game is actually announced. That said, there’s no reason to believe Rockstar is planning one GTA 6 reveal very soon.

Rumor has it that GTA 6 will be released around 2 – 4 years from now, but with Rockstar opening the can of worms that it is actively working on the game, it is possible that it may be revealed this year. The developer typically announces that game or releases big trailers in the fall, around October or November, so fans will probably have to wait until then to see if Rockstar trades. Right now, the only GTA 6 details we have come from rumors, so we know pretty much nothing concrete about the game.

Do you think Rockstar will reveal GTA 6 later that year? Tell us in the comments below or look me up Twitter @Cade_Onder.
