How to run the Red Dead Redemption 2 benchmark

One of the games we often use to test gaming laptops and PCs here The edge is Red Dead Redemption 2. It is a popular, demanding game that includes a wide range of effects and landscapes, from snow-covered snowstorms to sandy roads and dynamic gun battles. Its benchmark is easy to use and can help you see how well your PC can run demanding games and what settings it can handle.

First you need to have the game if you do not already have it. To do it:

  • Open Steam and click Store
  • Search for Red Dead Redemption 2
  • choose add to cart and check out. It is currently priced at $ 59.99.

Once the game is downloaded, open it to get started.

I did not have a real gaming PC at hand to run this on, as you can see.

  • Sit back and let the game do the work. You will see the frame rate displayed at the bottom of the screen while the benchmark is running and you will also get an average when the process is complete.
