PS5 consoles will be in stock at Walmart today from 09.00 PT / 12.00 ET. Walmart has confirmed that their latest PS5 stock fall will take place on April 19, 2022, with only Walmart + members gaining access to the new stock this time around.
If you do not yet have a Walmart + account, it costs $ 98 / year, or there is an alternative of $ 12.95 / month. But it’s worth noting that you do not want to be able to access the PS5 Drop via a free trial membership, so you must have an actively paid Walmart + subscription to participate in the new PS5 Drop.

How to Buy a PS5 in 2022: Tips and Tricks
First and foremost, make sure you follow through @IGNDeals on Twitter, and put notifications on for good measure. We will inform you immediately when the PS5 stock goes live and you can be quick to the goal. Remember, Walmart likes to release stocks in short series on average every 15 minutes.
If you can not get a console on your first try, keep in mind there will be more in stock. Walmart drops can last anywhere between 1-3 hours, so it’s worth several tries once it goes live. Otherwise, here are a few other tips and tricks to help you buy the PS5.
- Log in to Walmart on multiple devices (laptop, tablet, phone, etc.),
- Has Walmart + setup and active (Sign up here)
- Get your credit card and delivery address set up before 09.00 PT
- Add PS5 Digital and PS5 Disc to your Walmart shopping list
- If purchases from the listing fail, try from your shopping list
