WhatsApp is working to offer corporate subscriptions that will let multiple employees in the same company chat with a single customer at the same time, WABetinfo reported on Wednesday (April 21).
Other likely features of the subscription plan, WABetainfo added, include allowing linking of up to 10 devices instead of the currently allowed four.

The latest multi-user report also stated that no changes are being considered in the free use of WhatsApp owned by Facebook.
WhatsApp states on its website that WhatsApp Business “is a free downloadable app built with the small business owner in mind.” Companies, the company states, can “create a catalog to showcase your products and services.” [and] get in touch with your customers. “WhatsApp Business users create standardized responses to customer inquiries that arrive through the platform.
